Job summary

3MG Solutions, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative – Roofing to drive new business across Missouri and beyond. This field-based role rewards high-energy sellers with uncapped commissions and multiple compensation packages, backed by ongoing training and back-office support.

You will generate leads, inspect roofs, present our roofing solutions, and guide homeowners from initial contact to signed agreement with a top-tier operation behind you.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred; roofing sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a high level of personal accountability.

• Conduct roof and property inspections (must be comfortable on roofs).
• Deliver a professional sales presentation with a polished, customer-first approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Independent Contractor (1099):Commission-only with an aggressive, uncapped plan (qualified reps)
• W2 Options available for qualified and experienced reps, involving a base pay + uncapped commissions

Location

• Offices in St. Louis and Kansas City and flexibility to sell across Missouri and other states.
