Job summary

Role Description The Outside Sales role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Des Moines, IA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the sales professional meets with prospective and existing customers at their properties to assess exterior needs, present roofing and construction solutions, and provide detailed estimates. Daily activities include scheduling and attending appointments, preparing and delivering sales presentations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves coordinating with project managers and office staff to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution, as well as building long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
