Leppo Rents in Ocala, FL seeks an Outside Sales Specialist to grow our presence across Ocala and the surrounding area. This is a wide-open territory with upside, representing Bobcat and other top equipment brands.

We offer base pay + uncapped commission and a path for career development. You’ll work with our rental, service, and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience (equipment industry a plus).
• Self-starter and strong communicator.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Clean driving record and willing to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local contractors and businesses, matching them with the right equipment.
• Demo, deliver, and sell industry-leading equipment.
• Grow your territory — manage accounts, develop new business, crush goals.
• Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor pricing, and product knowledge.
• Partner with our rental, service, and parts teams for a seamless customer experience.
