Leppo Rents is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to grow our presence across Ocala and the surrounding area. Build relationships with contractors, demo and sell equipment, and expand your territory with a top-tier brand.

You will be rewarded with base pay plus uncapped commission, a hands-on team, and career growth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience (equipment industry a plus).
• Self-starter, strong communicator.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Clean driving record, willing to travel within territory.
• Competitive, personable, ready to grow.
