Service Corporation International is seeking a driven Outside Sales Professional in Westminster, CA. The role focuses on selling pre-need arrangements and services, achieving quota targets, and delivering compassionate service to families.

You will generate referrals through community engagement and follow up to build lasting relationships. The PPSA position requires strong networking, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; 1-2 years of college or equivalent is preferred.
• Sales experience or related industry experience is required or advantageous.
• Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record; Funeral Directors License as required by state.
• CRM experience is a plus; strong computer/tech proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through networking, referrals, events, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with families, provide compassionate service, and manage inquiries.
• Coordinate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Present pre-need and at-need products, and follow up to secure referrals.
