Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen & bath products or willingness to learn.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and trade professionals within assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and job site visits.
• Promote showroom products including cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, and related materials.
• Generate and follow-up on leads to close new business and expand accounts.
• Track sales activity and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Stay current on industry trends and new product lines.
• Collaborate with showroom team to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Prepare quotes and order documentation as required.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and follow up on quotes and orders.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
