Job summary

Master Halco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Decking, Railing and Outdoor Structures Outside Sales Associate to grow DR&OS sales in assigned territory.

The role emphasizes face‑to‑face customer calls and collaboration with inside/outside sales teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate will build relationships with contractors, deliver value through STEPS training, and expand product offerings while traveling up to 75% of the time in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or work equivalent required.
• Strong face-to-face sales, training and presentation skills.
• Results oriented with ability to travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of decking, railing and outdoor structures in assigned territory.
• Build long-lasting relationships with contractors and customers.
• Use STEPS training to educate and support internal/external teams.
• Train and lead Inside Sales teams in the STEPS program.
• Travel to meet clients and close deals within territory.
