Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager - Medical) for the California region, including Pittsburg, San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing sales and acquire new business at acute care hospital accounts and related medical facilities.
• Grow market share by hunting new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Promote sales of medical gases, provide account service, and develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate product supply agreements and secure long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate account setup and pricing data.
• Generate and qualify new leads, conduct competitive intelligence, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of outside sales experience in competitive B2B environments, preferably in industrial or medical markets.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of growing sales revenue.
• Ability to build a sales funnel and close long-cycle sales (6-18 months).
• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field is preferred.
