Johnson & Johnson, Shockwave Medical is hiring a Therapy Development Manager to support the South territory remotely, including Atlanta, GA, North Carolina, and Florida.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical trial sites to identify barriers to study enrollment and develop outreach, education, and patient identification initiatives.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key physicians and clinical staff.
  • Work with internal teams to support clinical trial site needs and improve trial performance.
  • Gather insights on unmet needs and develop programs to enhance therapy awareness.
  • Become a clinical trial and disease state expert to assist healthcare providers with patient selection, referral processes, and understanding clinical data.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in clinical, marketing, product management, sales, or medical education within the Medtech industry.
  • Experience with interventional cardiology or new therapies/devices is preferred.
  • Ability to build successful partnerships with hospital systems and key opinion leaders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned geographic area.
