Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Jefferson City, MO is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell work truck bodies, equipment and accessories. You will identify leads, educate prospects, manage orders, and deliver exceptional service within the Southwest Missouri territory.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overnight travel as required. Benefit packages include PTO, holidays, 401k and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Associate's degree and/or prior sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sell work truck bodies, equipment and accessories to dealers and end customers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and build quotes.
• Place, manage and track orders; provide exceptional service.
• Travel within the Southwest MO/Springfield, MO territory as needed.

This full-time position will work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and service the Southwest MO/Springfield, MO area

DAY-TO-DAY AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In this fast-paced role, you'll work directly with dealers and end customers, asking questions to determine their needs and propose appropriate equipment solutions. You'll prepare and present sales proposals, build custom quotes, place and manage orders. To be successful in this position, you'll need excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize job duties in order to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. This position has a designated territory and requires some overnight travel.
