Nextep is seeking an outside sales representative to build relationships with business owners and leaders, presenting tailored PEO solutions and closing deals. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred, and sales experience is a plus.

• Make sales calls, move prospects through the sales process, deliver IPs and proposals.
• Work with internal teams to qualify prospects and maintain CRM tracks of leads, opportunities and activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.

About the role:

• To be successful in this role, you need to love working with people because you'll be building relationships with business owners and leaders every day.
• Conduct research to understand client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close sales deals
• A typical day could include making sales calls, moving prospects through our sales process, delivering IPs and proposals, and working with our internal teams to qualify prospects.
• Manage sales pipeline effectively, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market

Requirements

About you:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in business or a similar field.
• If you have some sales experience, we'll be especially interested.
• You have a knack for building relationships and a strong desire to succeed
