The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, an automotive background, and a hunter mindset. Base pay ranges from $60k to $75k with quarterly bonuses, full benefits after 30 days, and an ESOP participation option.

Responsibilities

• Use a proven selling system with marketing support.

• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production, and distribution teams.
• Plan and manage accounts.
• Introduce new products and updates.
• Develop long-term value-based relationships.
• Focus on prospecting to grow the business.
