Fire Sprinkler & Alarm inspections aren't “nice to have" - they're mandated by Federal, State and Local code, recur each year, and are essential to keeping buildings and the people inside them safe.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven hunting role focused on new business development, account management, recurring service agreements, and long-term customer partnerships. Target territory is focused on Metro Boston and inside the I-95 beltway.
You'll spend your time conducting site surveys, building target account plans, prospecting new opportunities, cross-selling services, and helping customers maintain compliance with fire and life safety requirements.You'll grow Cogswell Sprinkler's fire sprinkler and alarm inspection business by expanding existing customer relationships and winning new inspection agreements throughout Metro Boston's manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, and commercial facilities market.

The annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus bonuses as outlined above.
