JASPER Engines & Transmissions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Little Rock, Pine Bluff, and Searcy to drive growth in our Arkansas territory. You will cultivate relationships with repair facilities, fleets, and government accounts while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Call on independent repair facilities, local fleets, city and government entities, marinas and national accounts in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement plans to capture sales opportunities in territory.
• Prepare needs assessments and sales proposals/presentations.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production, and distribution teams.
• Plan and manage accounts and introduce new products/updates.
• Build long-term value-based relationships and focus on prospecting to grow the business.

The position includes calling on independent repair facilities, local fleets, city and government entities, marinas and national accounts.
