Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions in Deptford, NJ is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cultivate business across repair facilities, fleets, government entities, marinas and national accounts within Territory 908. You’ll call on customers, present proposals and manage accounts using a proven selling system.

The role offers a base salary of $60k–$75k with potential quarterly bonuses, full benefits after 30 days, and participation in our ESOP.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a proven selling system with marketing material.
• Develop and implement plans to capitalize on all sales opportunities in the territory.
• Grow business by prospecting on independent repair facilities, local fleets, city/government entities, marinas and national accounts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations based on needs assessments.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production and distribution teams.
• Plan and manage accounts and introduce new products/updates.
• Build long-term value-based relationships with customers.
