Job summary

Avalon Charter Bus Company is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help organizations across San Antonio plan dependable group transportation. You’ll build your book of business with a focus on relationships and quote preparation.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $28–$32 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $750. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, at our San Antonio location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside-sales experience.
• A record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Confidence conducting in-person sales visits.
• Organized follow-through and a customer-first approach.
• Experience in transportation, hospitality, travel and tourism, event planning, logistics, staffing, or corporate services is a plus.

Responsibilities
