Build your book of business with Avalon Charter Bus Company. We’re hiring a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to help organizations across San Antonio plan dependable group transportation.

You’ll prospect, open doors, meet with decision-makers, and turn transportation needs into great client relationships. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys building a pipeline, getting out into the market, and winning business.

Pay: $28 - $32/hr. — dependable base pay, plus sign-on bonus up to $750

What you’ll do

• Generate your own leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Prospect by phone and in person; schedule follow-ups and sales visits
• Call on schools, universities, churches, sports teams, corporate offices, planners, venues, tour operators, senior-living communities, and government agencies

What you bring

• 3+ years of outside-sales experience
• A record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Confidence conducting in-person sales visits
• Organized follow-through and a customer-first approach
• Experience in transportation, hospitality, travel and tourism, event planning, logistics, staffing, or corporate services is a plus

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
