Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and leaders every day.
• Conduct research to understand client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close sales deals.
• Make sales calls, move prospects through our sales process, deliver IPs and proposals, and work with internal teams to qualify prospects.
• Manage sales pipeline effectively, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.
