Job summary

W3Global in Houston seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our territory in the building products distribution industry. You will spend most of your time in the field meeting cabinet manufacturers, millwork shops, and contractors, building relationships and closing opportunities.

Base salary plus commission. This privately owned company offers direct access to ownership, strong performance rewards, and room for growth. Travel is required, with a proactive, results-driven culture.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the building products distribution industry. We distribute architectural building products to cabinet manufacturers, millwork companies, contractors, and other professionals in the interior architectural market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow a sales territory through new business and existing accounts.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers and building relationships.
• Prospect for new customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to close business.
• Build long-term customer relationships and increase account sales.
• Work closely with our inside sales and operations teams to deliver excellent service.
• Create a sales plan, execute consistently, and take ownership of your results.

• Hardwood lumber, plywood, moldings and trim, cabinetry hardware, adhesives, abrasives, fasteners, stair parts, doors, and other specialty architectural products.

Base Salary + Commission
