Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role in Utah to grow a portfolio of small business clients with digital marketing solutions. You will receive a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with comprehensive training and support to win and grow your career.

The position emphasizes in-field and home-office work, uncapped earning potential, and a defined development path in sales leadership. Expect a multi-week training program and ongoing company-wide support.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on‑target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on‑target earnings between $105,000-$125,000.

Base Salary: $46,000
