Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role, combining home-office and in-field activity. You will sell digital marketing solutions, from websites to SEO, while earning base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Year 1 on-target earnings are projected between $90,000–$100,000, with potential to grow in Year 2 to $105,000–$125,000. Base salary is $46,000, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business with residual commissions for retaining clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across multiple industries.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
