Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions across varied industries. The role includes selling websites, ads, reviews, and SEO, with a focus on prospecting and building a growing client book.

You will deliver virtual and in-person presentations, develop strong client relationships, and enjoy an earnings structure that includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Training is provided to help you succeed.

• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.

Job Requirements Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary with full benefits? Year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000-$115,000.

Base Salary: $53,000.

In addition to your earnings potential, we support your success in the field with:

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,000/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $60K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.

Allowances and reimbursements vary by location and usage.

• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
