Job summary

Hibu is looking for an Outside Sales Representative in the Chino, CA area. The role offers a base salary with full benefits and uncapped commissions, targeting six-figure earnings in the first year with six-figure OTE potential in following years.

You will sell digital marketing solutions—websites, search and display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO—while prospecting to grow a robust book of business and delivering compelling presentations both virtually and in person.

Outside Sales Representative

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 on‑target earnings between $105,000‑$115,000 (base salary $63,000 plus fixed allowances and unlimited commissions)
• Year 2 on‑target earnings between $115,00‑$135,000
• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~ $3,250 / year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200 / year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300 / year
• Gas reimbursement (activity‑based): ~ $2,500 / year
• Total first‑year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.

Responsibilities
