Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Salem, OR to drive digital marketing solutions with a base salary plus uncapped commissions. Year 1 on-target earnings range from $90,000 to $100,000, with larger potential in Year 2 ($105,000–$125,000). Base salary is $55,000.

This role offers a hybrid work setup, robust training (3 weeks classroom, 9 weeks field), plus annual incentives and benefits including auto allowance, cell/internet reimbursement, parking, and gas reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across various industries.

About The Role

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $105,000-$125,000.

Base Salary: $55,000

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $62K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.
