Outside Sales Representative – Arabic Speaking

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary: $60,000 Base + Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time – Field-Based (5 Days/Week)

About the Role

A fast-growing Mediterranean & Middle Eastern food distribution company is seeking a Bilingual (Arabic or Turkish speaking) Territory Sales Manager to drive retail growth across the Seattle area. This role is ideal for someone who understands Middle Eastern products, cultural buying habits, and local ethnic markets, and who thrives in a field-sales environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, service, and grow a portfolio of grocery and retail accounts
• Sell food products into supermarkets, ethnic markets, and convenience stores
• Conduct store visits to increase shelf space, facings, displays, and product visibility
• Prospect and cold-call new accounts, especially within Arabic-speaking and multicultural markets
• Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
• Ensure merchandising standards and planogram compliance
• Track sales performance, meet monthly targets, and report market insights
• Partner with operations and customer service to resolve client issues quickly

What We’re Looking For

• Arabic fluency required (reading and writing a plus)
• 2+ years of food sales, grocery sales, or CPG retail experience
• Experience working with store owners, managers, and independent market buyers
• Knowledge of multicultural/ethnic grocery stores is a strong plus
• CRM experience (Repsly preferred but not required)
• Professional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation, clean DMV record, and ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
