Qualifications

About the Job

The Outside Sales Representative at Ironclad Environmental Solutions will drive revenue growth with new and existing accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Develop the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and following up on referrals, while setting appointments and delivering sales presentations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific requirements, including proposal responses and industry‑specific solutions. Lead solution development to meet customer needs, coordinating with necessary team members.
• Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites. Collaborate with Branch and Regional Management to create annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals.
• Interpret blueprints and CADD documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years' sales experience.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Ability to multi‑task with a high degree of attention to detail and follow through.
• Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment, which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials.
• Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals.
• Communicate clearly: both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and either Petrochemical, Construction, Mining, or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Up to 10% overnight travel required.
