Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions in MIRA LOMA, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue in Santa Barbara County, managing new and existing accounts.

You will prospect, present solutions, provide field support for tanks and filtration systems, and develop annual strategic plans with branch leadership.

The role requires 4+ years sales or a related degree, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and willingness to travel up to 10%. Competitive salary with base + commission.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years' sales experience.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
• Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials
• Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals
• Communicate clearly: both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills
• Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred
• Experience in Industrial Tank/Box, Filtration and Petrochemical/Construction roles
• Valid Driver's License
• Up to 10% overnight travel required

Responsibilities

• Develop the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and following up on referrals, while setting appointments and delivering sales presentations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific requirements, including proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Lead solution development to meet customer needs, coordinating with necessary team members.
• Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites. Collaborate with Branch and Regional Management to create annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals.
• Interpret blueprints and CADD documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
