R3 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an Outside Sales Representative 2 to manage company-provided appointments and generate new business through prospecting and referrals. You will conduct property inspections, present roofing solutions, negotiate contracts, and guide customers through the sales process.

This role offers six-week paid training starting the last week of January 2027 with $800 per week, followed by a 10% commission on total project cost.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; roofing, construction, or home improv. is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative 2, you'll manage company-provided appointments while generating additional business through prospecting and referrals. You'll conduct property inspections, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and guide customers through the sales process.

Six-Week Paid Training Program

Our next training class begins the last week of January 2027, preparing representatives for the spring roofing season in March.

• $800 per week during training ($4,800 total)
• Hands-on roofing, inspection, and sales training
• Coaching in lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing techniques
• CRM and field technology instruction

After training: 10% commission on total project cost.
