Job summary

AmeriTech Staffing, Inc. is seeking a proactive sales professional to prospect and develop new business in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

You will build long-term relationships with hiring managers, conduct client site visits to assess labor needs, and collaborate with recruiters to match talent while aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. A successful candidate has B2B or outside sales experience, knowledge of the local manufacturing landscape, strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B or outside sales (staffing or industrial experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of the local manufacturing and industrial landscape
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
