Are you a results-driven sales professional with a background in technical or industrial sales? We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive revenue across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Northern Illinois. Represent a top-tier manufacturer of custom welded hydraulic cylinders and related components, collaborating directly with OEMs in a thriving, niche market.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Identify and connect with decision-makers in OEM environments
• Deliver strategic market insights to support product development
• Develop and execute sales forecasts in alignment with company goals
• Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline—from prospecting to closing deals
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends
• Provide customer feedback to inform engineering and R&D teams
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development
Background in hydraulics manufacturing or land-based oil & gas preferred
Knowledge of industrial equipment and fluid power systems a strong plus
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Willingness to travel 50–70% throughout the region
