What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed established sales targets across your assigned remote territory.
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through proactive networking, prospecting, and cold outreach.
- Foster long-term relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, including call planning, pipeline forecasting, and performance metrics.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in Outside Sales for rubber molded products, EMI, O-rings, gaskets, and managing a territory with a value of $3+ million.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willing and able to travel at least 75% of the time to meet clients and attend company events at the headquarters in NY.
