Territory Location: Winter Haven, FL. Are you a driven, energetic, and helpful sales professional looking to make great money? Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can also generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers. Responsibilities

• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
• Huge earning potential with no earnings cap.
• Represent a quality brand in the industry; provide in-home consultations and recommendations.
• Engage with customers using pre-qualified leads and develop relationships to drive sales.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
• Deliver professional presentations and wear Empire-branded apparel.
• Delivery of excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire’s customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
