Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to educate homeowners on roofing solutions, run in-home consultations, and close projects on-site with pre-set qualified appointments.

You will join a team focused on quality and customer peace of mind, supported by a structured ramp-up and ongoing coaching. Expect a 100% commission W-2 role with strong earnings potential and comprehensive incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and vehicle insurance.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong ability to close deals in-home.
• Technological proficiency with tablets (iPad) and demos.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home.

What You'll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generationrequired.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments,weekly meetings,and skill development.
