Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to rapidly respond to disaster scenes and secure restoration work. You will meet property owners onsite, assess needs, and guide them toward comprehensive solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy under pressure, and a drive for high-volume sales. Be prepared for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Monitor and respond to lead sources to generate revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure promises are kept.

Outside Sales Representative

$65,000 - $70,000 per year + performance bonus

You will be representing and selling the comprehensive services and full range of restoration solutions offered by Paul Davis, a leader in complete restoration and recovery.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.


• Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities.


• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.


• Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.


• Volunteer non-operational time to related community events.


• Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events.


• Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.


• Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.


• On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled


• Achieve and remain current in required certifications
