Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Tulsa, OK is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue through rapid on-site assessments of emergency property losses and client consultations. You will meet owners on-site, propose restoration solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and respond to leads to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires resilience, empathy, and a proactive, high-speed approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.
• Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities.
• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.
• Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.
• Volunteer non-operational time to related community events.
• Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events.
• Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure promises kept.
• On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Achieve and remain current in required certifications

Outside Sales Representative

$65,000 - $70,000 per year + performance bonus

You will be representing and selling the comprehensive services and full range of restoration solutions offered by Paul Davis, a leader in complete restoration and recovery.
