LHH is partnering with a well-established construction rental solutions company to fill an Outside Sales Representative role in Temple, TX. You will drive revenue growth, build customer partnerships, and expand market presence across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, territory management, account management, or outside sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and lasting customer relationships.
• Strong negotiating and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly address customer concerns and business challenges.
• Knowledge of the construction industry, contractor environment, or rental services industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated sales territory through prospecting, relationship-building, and new business development activities.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts by identifying additional service opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.
• Promote a comprehensive portfolio of construction rental solutions, including temporary fencing, dumpsters, portable sanitation, and storage containers.
• Serve as a trusted resource to contractors and construction professionals by understanding project requirements and recommending effective solutions.
• Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business opportunities that drive profitable growth.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in networking events, industry activities, and customer visits to strengthen market visibility and generate new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and effectively manage multiple opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

LHH is partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding construction rental solutions company on a search for an Outside Sales Representative in the Temple, TX market. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and growing a territory with significant earning potential.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing customer partnerships, and expanding market presence throughout the assigned territory. This role offers the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of jobsite solutions while building long-term customer relationships and creating recurring business opportunities. This role offers a competitive base salary paying between $40K - $45K plus an uncapped commission plan with unlimited earning potential - (expected 1 year compensation is $100K)..
