Job summary

LHH is partnering with a well-established construction rental solutions company to hire an Outside Sales Representative in the Euless, TX market. The role offers a base salary of $40K–$45K with an uncapped commission plan and a target first-year compensation of around $100K.

You will drive revenue growth by developing customer partnerships, expanding market presence, and representing a diverse portfolio of rental solutions across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in outside sales or business development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiating and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to address customer concerns.
• Knowledge of construction rental or contractor industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated sales territory through prospecting, relationship-building, and new business development activities.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts by identifying additional service opportunities and strengthening client partnerships.
• Promote a comprehensive portfolio of construction rental solutions, including temporary fencing, dumpsters, portable sanitation, and storage containers.
• Serve as a trusted resource to contractors by understanding project requirements and recommending effective solutions.
• Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business opportunities that drive growth.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in networking events, industry activities, and customer visits to strengthen market visibility and generate new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and manage multiple opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
