Gold Seal Roofing, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Tampa, FL for a full-time, on-site role. You will prospect, visit sites, perform roof inspections to support estimates, and deliver professional sales presentations while guiding customers through service options and insurance-related processes.

In this role you will build lasting relationships with homeowners, property managers, and HOAs, coordinate with operations for accurate scopes, and travel across the Tampa Bay area.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals.
• Proven Relationship Building and Customer Service abilities to establish trust and manage expectations.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Prior experience in outside sales; roofing, construction, or home services industry experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections and collaborate with technical staff on accurate proposals.
• Comfort working in the field, traveling to customer locations in the Tampa Bay area, and working in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills, including use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing roof inspections to support estimates, delivering professional sales presentations, preparing and presenting proposals, and guiding customers through service options and insurance-related processes. The position involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, and HOAs, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience from first contact through project completion. The representative will collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes of work and high customer satisfaction.
