Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with experience in mechanical power transmission products and conveying equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven success in B2B sales. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our range of solutions to industrial clients.

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within manufacturing, industrial, and OEM markets.
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers.
  • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in mechanical power transmission, industrial distribution, conveying equipment, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of gears, bearings, motors, couplings, belts, chains, reducers, or similar components.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
