Job summary

Flow Control Group in California is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to develop and execute a territory plan for industrial automation, valves and flow-control solutions. You will prospect new customers, nurture existing accounts and drive quota attainment through solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, process control, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of valves, instrumentation, flow control, and automation products.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed quotas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
