Job summary

Flow Control Group in California is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to develop and execute a territory plan and drive growth in the industrial automation sector. You will prospect new customers, build relationships with existing accounts, and collaborate with product specialists to tailor control solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations for decision-makers and engineering teams, stay current on industry trends, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, process control, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of valves, instrumentation, flow control, and automation products.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed quotas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
