Job summary

Storm Guardian Generators is expanding its team with an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with homeowners in the Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX area. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and present proposals for standby power solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in-home sales, strong communication, reliable transportation, and a positive, goal-oriented mindset. The role includes a full benefits package and comprehensive pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement or home services sales preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Storm Guardian Generators during in-home consultations with residential customers.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of standby power and assess their needs to recommend the best solution.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals that lead to closed deals.
• Work closely with our support teams to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
