Job summary

Jobtailor in San Antonio seeks a results-driven in-home sales professional to present our industry-leading home improvement products with integrity. You will listen to customers, tailor solutions, and guide them from first meeting to post-sale follow-up.

This role involves travel to customer homes (up to 80 miles), scheduling evening/weekend appointments, maintaining CRM records, delivering written estimates, and helping customers through financing and next steps.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Outside or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications.

• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets
