Outside Sales Representative

Trillium Staffing Solutions has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in Salt Lake City! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment.

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory.
• Position reports directly to the Branch/Sales Manager.
• Meet and exceed Branch/Sales Manager's expectations.
• Work either remotely or with local sales travel within the territory; periodic meetings at the Salt Lake City branch office.

Compensation:

• $50,000–55,000 annual base salary + commission + bonus.
• Guaranteed commission between $833–$1,250 for the first 6 months.
• Quarterly bonus potential of $1,500 plus additional bonus opportunities throughout the year.
