Hibu seeks an Outside Sales professional in Florida to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses through a partnership model. You will engage in a structured training track and build a scalable client base across Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners in a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses and earning residual commissions by retaining clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Compensation

Year 1 on‑target earnings between $93,000 – $113,000 with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on‑target earnings between $125,000 – $144,000.
