Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional in a hybrid home-office role with an earnings potential that combines a base salary with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will receive best-in-class training to win and advance your sales career.

Responsibilities include selling digital marketing solutions (websites, search and display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, SEO) and prospecting within a territory to build a growing client book while earning residual

• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $106,000 - $125,000.
