Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Sacramento-area territory. You will solicit, present products, and build relationships with new and existing customers while traveling within your territory.

Strong communication, organization, and time-management are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, maintaining CRM, and collaborating with operations to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' sales/distribution experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Effective communication with others.
• Flexibility for variable schedules.
• Attention to detail while working in a timely fashion.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under interruptions and vary conditions.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales within a defined territory to grow existing accounts and uncover new business. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Solicit, present products, and sell to both new and existing customers.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of PGW Auto Glass product literature to convey product information and availability to customers effectively.
• Identify and research potential customers who could benefit from PGW's products or services.
• Travel within the territory, utilizing time and territory management skills to promote PGW.
• Collaborate with the operations team to deliver an exceptional service experience for our customers.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Continuously maintain and update the company’s CRM.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Work Environment & Physical Requirements (if applicable):

The employee should be able to tolerate both high and low temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions. A high energy level and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. This position requires individuals to occasionally be on their feet, except when in an office situation or driving a company vehicle.
