Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote sales within a defined territory, grow existing accounts, and uncover new business in Pittsburg, CA. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have at least two years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel within the territory and independent work are expected, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a Company vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
• Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules.
• Must possess attention to detail while working in a timely fashion.
• Must possess organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Understanding and competence with Microsoft Office products.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales within a defined territory to grow existing accounts and uncover new business. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Solicit, present products, and sell to both new and existing customers.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements (if applicable):

The employee should be able to tolerate both high and low temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions. A high energy level and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. This position requires individuals to occasionally be on their feet, except when in an office situation or driving a company vehicle.
