You will prospect potential customers via phone, email, and in-person visits, presenting and selling our freight solutions. The role emphasizes building and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Logistics knowledge (FTL/LTL or 3PL) preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• The Outside Sales Representative will independently identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities through both inside and outside sales.
• The Outside Sales Representative will prospect and contact potential customers (Phone, email, and in person visits);Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation or logistics space.
• Some logistics operations knowledge and experience is preferred, e.g. FTL/LTL sales, and/or 3rd Party Logistics (3PL).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.
