Job summary

Target Freight Management Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify, generate, and close new B2B sales opportunities in the transportation and logistics space.

You will prospect potential customers by phone, email, and in-person visits, and present company solutions to both new and existing clients. This role requires 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, knowledge of FTL/LTL or 3PL operations, and a proven ability to meet targets.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• The Outside Sales Representative will independently identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities through both inside and outside sales.
• The Outside Sales Representative will prospect and contact potential customers (Phone, email, and in person visits);Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation or logistics space.
• Some logistics operations knowledge and experience is preferred, e.g. FTL/LTL sales, and/or 3rd Party Logistics (3PL).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.
